MAY 30 - 31: Spring Mill State Park (Mitchell, IN) Are you looking for a little overnight getaway from your normal daily or weekend business? Are you in need of a little Nature Rx? Do you want to find other outdoorsy women to connect with over evening hiking, yoga by the lake, exploring caves, fires and lots of laughter? Then look no further! Join our Mindfulness + Yoga Campout with Project Rewild Outdoor Adventures! These retreats are meant to help restore your energy, remind you of the incredible power that exists within you and connect with other encouraging woman who are out here to do the same! :) What does a Mindfulness + Yoga Campout with Project Rewild look like? -Arrive to camp between 1 - 2 PM on Saturday, May 30, 2026 - Welcome Circle @ 2PM w/ Yoga + Meditation -Set up your tent (or a borrowed tent from Project Rewild) with the help of a Wild Woman Instructor or other Wild Women attendees! -Head out to explore local trails + caves in the park for a 2-3 mile hike before dinner. -Eat a yummy dinner cooked by Wild Women Instructors in our camp chairs around the fire ring. -Mini-yoga flow after dinner clean up! -After Dinner: Head out on an evening hike to view the stars (2-3 miles) - we will go over a map that will be provided for you at this time! We will sttop halfway through the hike for a silent nature meditation. -Upon arrival back at camp, we will build another fire! -Bedtime when you are ready! SUNDAY: May 31, 2026 -WAKE-UP/COFFEE TIME @ 7AM-8AM -Morning gentle yoga flow -Breakfast (vegan/vegetarian and gluten free options) cooked by Wild Woman Instructors @ 8:30AM -Optional Tarot Reading :) -Final mini hike + journal session. -Head home feeling refreshed and restored by 12PM! ANYONE (beginner through advanced outdoorswoman/outdoorsperson) is welcome on these retreats! What is provided? **Tents are provided **Sleeping bags/sleeping pads are available for rent with Project Reteach Outdoor Adventures. ***All food: Dinner (5/30); Breakfast (5/31) + Snacks, Bubble Drinks, Coffee, Tea and Smores will be provided! Cancellation Policy
To cancel, please contact me directly in no less than 7 days before an event at patty@projectreteach.com For all multi-day trips, please give 90 day notice for cancellation. Anything canceled in less than 90 days cannot be refunded. All deposits are non-refundable. All outdoor experiences/yoga classes with Project Reteach are substance-free and will not be permitted de to the remoteness of these events. Failure to follow any rules or suggestions provided by the outdoor professional guides may result in your removal from the experience due to concerns for the individual's safety.
